- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in position applying for, preferably in Hotel.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Must be able to speak in English
- Preferably Diploma in Food Production from Hotel School
- Maximum Age 35 years old


- Good understanding of Pastry Products / cake decorating etc
- Good Knowledge of Hygiene and Sanitation practices.
- Knowledge of First in First Out. (FIFO)
- Able to work in fast paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of Customer Service and Guest Satisfaction
- Able to work both in a team and independently if required.
